Wellness Counseling & Consulting:
Dr. Galante offers individual counseling as well as organizational consulting in the area of wellness and optimal functioning. Dysfunctional patterns left unchecked can have a significant negative impact upon the wellness of an individual or an organization.
By utilizing a combination of Bill Hettler’s Six Dimensional Model of Wellness, Aaron Antonovsky’s Salutogenic Model of Health Promotion, and Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi’s concept of Flow, Dr. Galante empowers her individual and organizational clients to take the steps necessary toward enhancing the quality of their lives and optimizing the way they experience themselves, others, their work, and the world.
The first step toward restoring balance and optimal functioning is to conduct a wellness assessment examining current levels of functioning in the following dimensions: Physical, Intellectual, Emotional, Social, Occupational, and Spiritual. The second step is to develop an intervention that assures meaningful, sustainable changes.

Life Coaching/Spiritual Counseling
Whether you are religious/spiritual or not, most people benefit from guidance and direction. Life Coaching services are offered for individuals or groups, in person or by telephone consultation.
If you are specifically interested in Spiritual Direction sessions with Rev Dr Galante as your guide, then please read the Spiritual Direction Informed Consent Form carefully and fill out the online Spiritual Direction Intake Questionnaire. Once you have returned your completed questionnaire, Rev Dr G will review it thoroughly and contact you by email or telephone, usually within 24-48 hours to let you know if Spiritual Direction appears appropriate for you, or if necessary, make a referral to a more approriate choice of service provider.
FEES
Directees make an offering of $60.00 per hour in exchange for spiritual direction services provided. Payment is due at the time of service delivery. If you live outside the continental United States, you will also be responsible for long distance telephone charges associated with scheduled telephone appointments.

Reiki Healing
Dr Galante is a Level II Reiki Practitioner trained in the traditional USUI Standard Method. Reiki is an ancient form of energy healing. Reiki practitioners must complete Level I and Level II training prior to offering healing services to clients.
A Reiki Healing session involves the client laying on a massage table while fully dressed and the practitioner placing her hands in a series of positions slightly above the body to direct healing energy without actually touching. These positions are well spaced to provide good coverage of the clients entire body. By covering all parts of the body evenly, the client receives the best treatment possible. The hands of a Reiki Healer radiate heat /energy. This energy is received by the client and the energy goes where ever it is most beneficial.
A Reiki Healing session can start a cleansing process that affects the physical body as well as the mind and emotions. Toxins that have been stored in the body may be released along with feelings and thought patterns that are no longer useful.
FEES
Reiki clients make an offering of $60.00 per session in exchange for Reiki Healing. Payment is due at the time of service delivery.

The Way of the Higher Self & Total Living Program:
Mystical Spirituality, Esoteric Religion, and Applied Metaphysics for Total Living (developed and authored by Thomas James Hickey)
The Way of the Higher Self and Total Living program is a six-lesson, home-study correspondence course in mystical spirituality and holistic living. The course is designed to be completed over a period of approximately six months, which is the equivalent of devoting one-month to each lesson.
This course focuses on how to choose the most appropriate spiritual path for one's constitutional make-up, adapt that path to the conditions of one's present state and become firmly established on it in an integrated way. The principal purpose of this program is to assist one in attuning to their inner teacher - the Higher Self - however one conceives of this concept.
The Way of the Higher Self and Total Living program is recommended for anyone interested in pursuing spiritual and personal growth through a universal and experiential approach. It is also recommended as a training program for providing spiritual direction and counseling to others. Although there are no prerequisites and no prior experience is needed, those with a more extensive background in spirituality will find that the program is also geared to their needs. Since its inception in 1993, participants have ranged in experience from novices to experts.
The purpose of The Way of the Higher Self and Total Living program is to present a vision of possibilities for the development of one's infinite spiritual potential, as well as of the holistic potential that is also the birthright of every human being. Its purpose is also to provide a way to actualize these possibilities in a way that is consistent with one's own intuition, experience and present state of development. The Way of the Higher Self and Total Living program provides a framework for gaining Self-knowledge leading to spiritual illumination and fulfillment. It has been said that the human being does not come with an operating manual, but actually everyone has one written within. We just need to learn how to open it and read it.
The objective of this program is to help guide others in finding their way, their path. The process of spiritual development has been set forth by all the Way Showers of humanity but it has been largely misunderstood and misinterpreted as other-worldly. According to the mystical dimension found in all spiritual traditions, full human potential is experiential and we are all called to attain it in the here and now. This course explores the universal spirituality underlying the mystical dimension of all traditions, in particular Hinduism, Buddhism, Taoism, Qabalah, Mystical Christianity and Sufism, as well as ancient traditions such as the Greek and Native American ways.
Course materials include the book, The Way of the Higher Self, which serves as the program manual along with six lesson manuals. The six lesson manuals contain teaching and practices, as well as the six part Total Living Inventory, which covers the key fields of living. The six lessons are sent to the participant monthly, unless special arrangements have been made otherwise. The reading material is at a university-level. A certificate is issued upon completion of the program.
FEES
Tuition for the program is $650, which includes $50 for the program manual and $100 for each of the lesson manuals, if you decide to pay as you go; or you may pay in full up front the sum of $500 (a savings of $150).
